MotherWell 1:1 Soul Immersion

Immersion participants spend 5 months examining the 5 key themes and feminine archetypes that bring women into alignment with their radiant soul blueprints, feminine essence, and the rhythms of self mothering. Every week within each month has a video lesson, guidebook pages, playwork, creative prompts, and exercises to help you learn how to hold deep sacred space for yourself and feel fully nurtured and resourced. The rhythm of the soul is slow and intentional, and in the immersion space, you will learn nourishing daily and seasonal routines, life giving habits for processing life, and tools to help you surrender even more to All That Is. You will use contemplative practices, wisdom traditions, and use art and creativity to open to the flow of receiving true abundance.

The MotherWell provides a confidential container that is tender to women’s needs to feel safe and held - especially with other women. Together the women in each seasonal cohort share 1 monthly group call as well as a private online community forum for asking questions and sharing your “aha” moments. This combination of 1:1 care combined with group support creates fertile ground for deep healing.

    All content for the immersion is posted in a private community for each seasonal cohort. In that space you can access each month and week’s materials and access the weekly videos as well as interact with the other cohort participants in a private and confidential group setting.

How is this immersion different than other 1:1 energy and constellations work you’ve offered?

Great question! Where other sessions I have offered have brought clients really big shifts, this immersion has brought women even deeper transformation because it is more of an deep dive - it takes normal session work to the next level by walking you through all the areas that will support your most vibrant and sovereign self. It also provides you with the foundational tools that will make your future sessions even more effective.

The main factors that lead to such transformation in this space are:

  • You have a total of 3 1:1 calls with me where we look at ancestral, energetic, and subconscious influences keeping you from feeling totally nourished and resourced and in your soul essence.

  • You receive coaching between sessions via Telegram so you can have ongoing support and witnessing as you process the shifts that are occurring, dreams, signs, and processing every day life while you use the tools taught in each week’s lesson.
