I am an artist, mystic, seeker, and spiritual guide as well as a board certified holistic and integrative health practitioner and mothering mentor. My life passion is helping women and families heal their bodies and spirits from deep patterns of victimhood, physical and spiritual disconnection, depletion, and ancestral trauma and to move into vibrant health, deep awareness of your soul calling, and connectedness to the wisdom and brilliance of your lineage.
Through teaching women how to connect with their bodies, nature, and their interior landscapes, I guide you through sacred practices, befriending and mastering your interior landscape, and learning and practicing wisdom traditions for lifelong self nurturance and feminine flow. I act as a spiritual midwife, providing neutral and compassionate sacred space so you can birth and rebirth new versions of yourself and subsequently your family and life dynamics. It is my joy to help women connect with their bodies, their unique soul blueprints, and the skills to deeply and healthfully mother themselves so they can flow with their life purpose.
Myearliest influences for the work I do today was spending years of my childhood steeped in nature play, gardening, adventuring in trees and forests, health and service work, and uninhibited exploration of art and creativity. As the daughter of a minister/musician and artist, my world has always contained a dance of spirituality and creativity in motion which I brings into my work with each client.
I am the founder of the Light Body Alignment Method TM (LBAM), hold board certifications as a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP-BC) and Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), am a Certified Theta Touch Subconscious Release Practitioner (CTTP) and Certified Systemic and Family Constellations Facilitator. My background is in visual arts, design, spiritual care, and child education.
I live at the edge of a forest deep in the country outside of Nashville, Tennessee with my beekeeping husband, her children, their a dog, and lots of cats, chickens, and bees. When I’m not working with you, you’ll find me tending my flower garden, out on a hike with my family, or creating art.
